Chuckie Horn

Charles “Chuckie” Allen Horn, 45, of Litchfield, passed away on Mon., Nov. 6, 2017 at 9:46 a.m. in his home. He was born on Oct. 23, 1972 in Litchfield, IL, the son of Larry L. & Melody J. (Hughes) Horn. He graduated from Litchfield High School and worked as a construction laborer out of Labor Local 1084 in Hillsboro. Chuckie was a member of First Baptist Church in Litchfield. He loved riding his bike and enjoyed his animals, but mostly loved his family, especially his son, grandchildren and special cousin, Dana. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers and Yankees fan. Funeral services will be held Mon., Nov. 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Rev. Oley Lawson, of Walshville, will officiate. Burial will be in Crabtree Cemetery in rural Litchfield. Visitation will be held Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to PAWS Care of Montgomery County or Crabtree Cemetery in rural Litchfield.
