Vincent Louis Catalano

Vincent Louis Catalano, 64, of Litchfield, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 12:06 p.m., at his residence.  He was born January 20, 1961, in Springfield, IL, a son of Guyseppe & Patricia (Walsh) Catalano.  He attended Hillsboro Schools.  Vincent worked as a general laborer in factories most of his life. He was a member of the Christian Church of Litchfield. He enjoyed fishing, boating & camping, watching wrestling, and was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.   Vincent married the former Barbara Ann Young on June 22, 2001, at Lake Lou Yeager in Litchfield; she survives.

His brothers, Donnie Pryor of Eagerville, William (Billie Jean) Catalano of Litchfield, Joseph (Amanda) Catalano and Ricky Catalano, both of Springfield

His sisters, Candy (Alvin) Garst of Eagerville, Vickie (Steve) Hefley of Hillsboro, Carla Catalano,  Melissa (Bud) Catalano, & Kim Catalano, all of Springfield, and Christina Wright of Petersburg

Several nieces & nephews

Mr. Catalano was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Timothy Catalano & Kevin “Smiley” Catalano.
