Tammie Kay (Kahle) Hogue

Tammie Kay Hogue, 52, of Litchfield, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, at 9:36 a.m. at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born October 20, 1970, in Litchfield, IL, she was a daughter of the late Dale Martin and Delores Lorraine (Heaton) Kahle. Tammie attended Litchfield schools. She married Scott Allen Hogue on May 1, 1989, in Hillsboro, and he survives.

Tammie was a homemaker and enjoying doing crafts.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Scott (Nicole Rennegarbe) Hogue, Jr. of Okawville, IL, and Travis Hogue of Litchfield; one brother, Rex (Mary) Kahle of Litchfield; two sisters, Wanda (Dan) Straeter of Highland and Shirley Warner of Hillsboro; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Tammie was preceded in death by two brothers, John W. Reed and Clyde F. Kahle.

No services are planned. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is in charge of arrangements.
