Sheryl Ann Beechler

Sheryl Ann Beechler, 66, of Carlinville, formerly of Litchfield, passed away on Wed., May 5, 2021 at 10:59 a.m. in Hallmark Rehab in Carlinville.  She was born on Sept. 15, 1954 in Litchfield, IL, a daughter of William Paul and Esther Fay (Johnson) Schultz.  Sheryl married John Louis Beechler on Oct. 21, 1972 at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield.  He preceded her in death on Jan. 24, 2001.  She was a Manager at Hardees in Litchfield and later worked at the Litchfield News-Herald.  In her earlier years she worked at Burger Chef in Litchfield.  Sheryl is survived by:

3 sons, John Paul (Mary) Beechler of Owaneco, IL

              Sean (Ashley) Beechler of Bertrand, MO

              Jimmy (Sara) Beechler of Litchfield

1 brother, Bill Schultz of Irving

3 sisters, Ruth (Dennis) Wilkolaski of Irving

                 Judy Schultz of Irving

                 Carol Hedium of Vancouver, WA

9 grandchildren; Caitlin, Johnathon, Ethan, Dalton, Jacen, Tyler, Christina, Alexis, & Brody

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, John.

Funeral services for Sheryl will be held on Sat., May 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield.  Don Hudelson of Hillsboro will officiate.  Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery in Litchfield.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.  There will be a funeral luncheon at the Fireman’s Clubhouse following the services.
