Sharon Moore Obituary

Sharon Elaine Moore, 73, of Litchfield, passed away on Wed., August 19, 2020 at 6:25 p.m. in HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.  She was born on May 7, 1947, in Highland, IL, a daughter of Edward Eugene and Harriet Prue (Hayman) Moore.  Sharon graduated from Hillsboro High School with the Class of 1965.  Her main focus was being a homemaker.  She had previously worked for Community Care as a Caregiver, Affinia, and she worked at both Hillsboro and Coffeen Casey’s as a donut maker and pizza maker.  Sharon enjoyed puzzles, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren.  

She is survived by:

3 step-sons, Rick (Kathy) Guyot of Nokomis

                     Kevin (Tracy) Guyot of Nokomis 

                     Michael Guyot of Jacksonville, FL

2 daughters, Jacqueline (Robert) Hendrix-Brown of Jacksonville, FL

                     Michelle (Matt) Waldeck of Raymond

1 step-daughter, Tina Jeffrey of Orange Park, FL

1 brother, Paul (Tracy) Moore of Benld

4 sisters, Bonnie (Lynn) Randle of Irving

                Kathy Vanhooser of Litchfield

                Pamela (Jerry) Holt of Mascoutah, IL

                Melissa (Casey) Wahley of Benld

Several grandchildren, Michael (Hannah) Hendrix; Mitchell (Sarah) Hendrix; Steven Brown; Macey Waldeck

Several great-grandchildren

 

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Richard Moore; Jackie Moore;

William Moore; 2 sisters, Ramona Katava; Leah Moore
