Sandra Lee (Schneider) Thomas

Sandra Lee Thomas, 66, of Litchfield, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO. Sandra was born in Chicago, IL, April 30, 1957, a daughter of Robert Frederick and Jacqueline Mae (Dorf) Schneider. She graduated from Romeoville High School with the Class of 1975. Sandra was employed with Marriot Hotels as a purchasing agent, and retired from the hospitality industry in 2018. She enjoyed bowling, visiting the casinos, cooking, painting, gardening and being outdoors.

Her son, Bradley (fiancée Amanda) Thomas of St. Louis, MO

Her daughter, Jeanette Thomas of Brumley, MO

Her sister, Carol (Mark) Busking of Romeoville, IL

Her grandchildren, Brighton Thomas, Alyssa Kingsmith, and Gabriel Zamudio

Her niece, Michelle Schneider

Her beloved dog, Grace.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, William Schneider and Richard Schneider.

Funeral services for Sandra will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 12 noon, at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Memorials may be made to Hearts United, 110 N. Jackson St., Litchfield, IL, 62056.
