Pauline Joyce (Stewart) Webb

Pauline Joyce Webb, 79, of Pilot, VA, formerly of Litchfield, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, in Roanoke, VA. She was born in Litchfield, IL, a daughter of Paul James and Frances LaVonne (Hurst) Stewart. She first married Floyd Perkins and they later divorced. She married William Leowen Webb, Jr., on December 24, 1983, and they enjoyed nearly 46 years of marriage until his passing on November 9, 2025. Pauline was a rose grader for Four Seasons Roses in Litchfield for several years. She cherished time spent looking after her grandchildren, enjoyed tending to her plants, and loved traveling to Florida.

Pauline is survived by:

A son, Floyd “Bub” (Christine) Perkins of Hillsboro, IL

A daughter, Joyce (Rev. Sean) Reece of Pilot, VA

Two brothers, Paul (Lori) Stewart, Jr. of Hillsboro, IL and George Stewart of Litchfield, IL

Nine grandchildren, Michael (Bette Jean) Reece, Alicia (Douglas) Hogan, Emily (M. Connor) Jordan, Hannah (Shane) Lindquist, Cody (Kyrsten) Perkins, Tyler (Mackenzie) Brandt, Jordan Brandt, Alexis (Eric) Selander, and Katherine (fiancé Jason Buss) Brandt

Ten great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Pauline was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Ridenhower.

Funeral services for Pauline will be held at Plummer Funeral Home on Friday, February 20, 2026, at noon. Rev. Sean Reece, Pauline’s son-in-law, will officiate. Burial will follow in Crabtree Cemetery in Litchfield. Visitation will be held Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Good Samaritan Hospice in Roanoke, VA.
