Patricia S. Wilson

Patricia Susanne Wilson, 65, of Litchfield, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 3:05 a.m. in her residence.  She was born on Nov. 11, 1954, in Litchfield, IL, a daughter of Thomas Michael & Billie June (Short) Crosley.  Patricia worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant at Litchfield Health Care Center, and Litchfield Terrace now known as Aperion Care.  Patricia enjoyed fishing, camping, watching soap operas, and spending time with her grandchildren.  She was known to be a great cook, especially her desserts. 

She is survived by:

3 sons, Michael E. (Gail) Wilson of LaSalle, IL

            Terry J. Wilson of Hillsboro

            Richard L. (Coni) Wilson of Litchfield

1 brother, David (Becky) Crosley of Litchfield

10 grandchildren

16 great-grandchildren

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; Companion, Clarence “Skeeter” Swires; 1 brother, Thomas M. Crosley; 2 sisters, Mary Clinton and Jane Schoen.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home.  The family suggests memorials to the Litchfield Food Pantry.  Cremation will follow the services.  Private family inurnment will be in Elm Lawn Cemetery in Litchfield at a later date.
