Norma Elaine Walker, 93, of Litchfield, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care. She was born in Watervliet, MI, December 6, 1931, a daughter of Louis Daniel and Genevieve Gladys (Taylor) Curto. She and Edwin Leroy “Red” Walker were married October 30, 1948, in Litchfield. They enjoyed nearly 70 years of marriage before he passed away June 14, 2018. Mrs. Walker was a foreman at Roller Derby Skate Corp. in Litchfield for 37 years and was also employed with Quality Partition for 6 years. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church (LCMS) in Litchfield, and a member of Zion Ladies Aid. Mrs. Walker was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and for the Litchfield Community School District #12. She was both a leader and volunteer for Girl Scouts of America, a tradition for 3 generations of her family.

Daughter, Jenny L. (Robert A.) Cook of Litchfield
Granddaughter, Aimee McCormick
Great-granddaughter, Abbegayle Stevenson
2 great-great-grandchildren, Callum and Doryin.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by stepfather, George R. Traylor; brothers, Carl Curto, Wayne Curto, Jim Curto and LeRoy Traylor; and sisters Louise Adams and Dorothy Parsons.
