Nicholas Ryan Gipson

Nicholas Ryan Gipson, 33, of Springfield, formerly of Litchfield, passed away on Sun., Feb. 23, 2020 in Springfield, IL.  He was born on March 25, 1986, in Hillsboro, IL, a son of Darold G. and Susan D. (Weller) Gipson.  Nicholas was a general laborer and clerk.  Nick helped others suffering with drug addictions.   He is survived by:

 Nick was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Gipson; step-grandfather, Louis Schwab; and maternal grandfather, Richard Weller.

 Funeral services for Nick will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield.  Private family interment will be held at a later date.  Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the funeral home.  Cremation will follow the services.  The family suggests memorials to the family of Nicholas Gipson c/o Darold Gipson.  For more information, to light a candle or sign the online guestbook, please visit www.plummerfuneralservices.com.
