Christine Beecher-Fosnock Obituary
Christine Marie Beecher-Fosnock, 67, of Gillespie, formerly of Litchfield, passed away on Wed., Sept. 22, 2021 at 2:50 p.m. at OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital in Alton. She was born on June 28, 1954, in Corona, CA, a daughter of Rex Loren and Frieda Marie (Mitchell) Trader. Christine graduated from Litchfield High School with the Class of 1972. She then went on to Brown’s Business College and received her Associate’s degree in Accounting. Christine was the Parts Manager at several area GM Dealerships. She had also worked with Bailey’s & Associates in Litchfield doing offsite marketing, and was a waitress for several years at Toni’s in Benld. She married Steven George Fosnock, Sr. in June of 2002 in Gillespie. He preceded her in death on June 29, 2021. Christine was the Lead Singer/Vocalist for “Sounds Unlimited” band, and she enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren. Christine is survived by:

A visitation will be held on Mon., Sept. 27, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Cremation will follow the visitation.
