Walter “Lefty” Domian, 87, of Litchfield, formerly of Skokie, passed away on Mon., Jan. 8, 2018 at 4:21 a.m. in Copper Creek Cottages in Litchfield. He was born on Feb. 8, 1930 in Chicago, IL, a son of Walter J. & Helen (Lukwinski) Domian. Mr. Domian was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served stateside during the Korean War. Walter retired from A.B. Dick Company as Vice President of Engineering where he had worked for more than 40 years. He was a member of the Catholic faith and enjoyed golf, racquetball, watching sports on television. He married Yolanda Leona Roszak on June 24, 1951 in St. Hyacinth Catholic Church in Chicago. She preceded him in death on Feb. 2, 2017. He is survived by:

4 great-grandchildren, Alyson Johnson, William Wujek, Alex Johnson & Michael Wujek

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; twin sons, Keith and Kent Domian; a daughter, Marsha Johnson; 2 brothers, Ray Domian & Gene Domian.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorials to the Litchfield Veteran’s Memorial Garden Fund. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is in charge of arrangements.
