Mary Ann (Schneider) Plowman

Mary Ann Plowman, 76, lifelong resident of Litchfield, passed away Mon., May 7, 2018 at 3:35 a.m. in her home. She was born on Feb. 27, 1942 in Litchfield, the daughter of Carl W. & Irene (Gerdes) Schneider.  She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for Barry Care Center - Heritage Health in Litchfield for 20 years.  She also worked at the Litchfield Country Club as a cook for 15 years before retiring in 2005.  In her leisure time, she enjoyed playing Bingo.  She is survived by:

   2 sons, Gerald Schneider & Robert Plowman, Sr., both of Litchfield

   1 daughter, Nancy (Terry) Siverling of Decatur, AL

   4 grandchildren, Laura Schneider Lynch; Chad Parmley;

                             Lavina Parmley McDaniel; Robert Plowman, Jr.

   8 great-grandchildren, Brock, Bailey, Grady and Gannon Lynch;

                                      Braylin Parmley; Michael and Damion McDaniel;

                                      Lillie Plowman

   Nephew, James Schneider of Honey Bend

She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 daughter, Linda Sue Plowman; 1 brother, Laverne Schneider
