Leoda Frances Cook, 91, of Litchfield, passed away on Sun., Nov. 24, 2019 at 7:40 p.m. in HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was born on July 2, 1928 in Vandalia, IL, a daughter of Herman & Belle Elizabeth (Daniels) Lansford. She married Fred Eugene Cook. He preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 1991. Leoda was a homemaker and farm wife. She previously worked at Hillsboro Glass for several years and was a beautician. She was a member of South Side Church in Litchfield, Women of the Moose Chapter 581 in Litchfield, and Litchfield VFW Post 3912. She was known to be a very good cook. Leoda is survived by:

Graveside memorial services for Leoda will be held Sat., Dec. 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Taylor Cemetery in Vandalia, IL.
