Hazlee Wolfe

Hazlee Faith Wolfe, infant daughter of William J. & Samantha Jean (Dyer) Wolfe of Litchfield, passed away Sat., Aug. 4, 2018 at 3:02 p.m. in HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.  Hazlee was born on Sat., Aug. 4, 2018 at 11:45 a.m. in HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by:

1 brother, Hunter Wolfe

2 sisters, Hailey & Hadley Wolfe

Maternal great-grandparents, Don & Delorise Dyer of Waggoner

Paternal great-grandmother, Martha Weatherford of Litchfield

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harry James “Jim” Wolfe.

Graveside memorial services will be held Mon., Aug. 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield.  Bro. Nathan Diveley, of Southside Church in Litchfield, will officiate.  No visitation will be held.  Memorials may be directed to The Family of Hazlee F. Wolfe c/o Billy Wolfe.
