Davy L. Middleton

Davy Lee Middleton, 60, of Litchfield, passed away on Wed., July 10, 2019 at 1:23 p.m.  He was born on Dec. 27, 1958, in Granite City, IL, a son of Robert D. & Betty June (Griffin) Middleton.  Davy worked as a Pipeline Construction worker and worked all over the country.  He had previously worked with Tru-Weld, Dana Brake Parts, Echlin Manufacturing & Granite City steel mills.  He was a member of Litchfield Moose Lodge #1634, Litchfield Eagles Aerie #4499, & Mid-America Pool League.  He is survived by:

3 sons,       Davy Lee Middleton, Jr. of Benld

                    Michael Middleton of Carlinville

                    Colton Middleton

1 daughter, Melisa Middleton of Benld

1 sister,      Roberta Middleton-Witter of Litchfield

Davy was preceded in death by his parents; 1 daughter, Maria Silva; 2 brothers, Dennis & Michael Middleton.

Funeral services will be held on Tues., July 16, 2019 at 7 p.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield.  Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until time of service in the funeral home.  Cremation will follow services.  Memorials can be designated to the Litchfield Food Pantry.
