Brenda Sue Brandt

Brenda Sue “Suni” Brandt, 66, of Litchfield, passed away on Sun., May 19, 2019 at 11:58 a.m. in Hillsboro Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.  She was born on March 7, 1953, in Toldeo, OH, a daughter of James Donald & Evelyn Mae (Lentz) Smith.  She was a Veteran of the U.S. Army where she was an Army Nurse / X-ray Specialist.  She graduated from Springfield High School with the Class of 1971 in Holland, OH.  Brenda worked as a cook.  She married Danny Junior Brandt on Feb. 2, 2002 in Litchfield.  He survives.  She loved cooking, karaoke, and doing crafts.  In addition to her husband, she is also survived by:

2 sons,       Michael (Kelly) Conner, Jr

                    David Conner both of Woodville, OH

1 daughter, Angela Clarkson of Carlinville

1 brother,   Daniel (Shelly) Smith of Meadville, PA

4 sisters,    Linda (Jan) Dickinson of Holland, OH

                    Vickie (Chuck) Terdoest of Morristown, TN

                    Kathleen (Dan) Hootman of Meadville, PA

                    Phyllis Schlegel of Holland, OH

9 grandchildren

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents & step-father, David Schlegel.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sun., June 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Holland, OH.  There will be no visitation held.  The family suggests memorials to donor’s choice.
