Sandra Lee Farmer, 64, of Litchfield, died Sun., Aug. 15, 2010 at 3:35 p.m. in Hillsboro Rehab & Health Care Center. She was born Jan. 7, 1946 in Litchfield, a daughter of William Gilbert & Esther Ann (Miller) Allen. She was a past member of the VFW Post #3912, AmVets Post #16, both in Litchfield & Patriot Guard Riders. Over the years, she was employed by St. John’s Hospital in Creve Coeur, MO, as a CNA. She married John Richard Farmer on July 15, 1994 in Edwardsville, IL. He survives. She is also survived by:

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Information

A private family memorial service & inurnment will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is in charge of arrangements.
