Lois Darlene Ryan, 75, of Litchfield, died Thurs., June 24, 2010 at 4:14 a.m. in St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield. She was born on June 11, 1935 in Walshville, a daughter of Lawrence & Hazel (McPhail) Osburn. She graduated from Mt. Olive High School. She married Joe Sikorski. They later divorced. She then married Harold Eugene “Hoot” Ryan in Litchfield. He preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 1998. She was the owner of Lois’s Landing & Hoot’s Hideaway in Litchfield. In her spare time, she enjoyed visiting with family & friends. She is survived by:

2 daughters, Sherry Williams (Companion, Bruce Hendrickson)

2 step-sons, Kevin (Mary) Ryan;

1 brother, Charles (Betty) Osburn of Staunton
6 grandchildren, Chad Sikorski, Lori Williams, Brian Pigg,
Ryan Williams, Stacey Pigg & Evan Sikorski
2 great-grandchildren, Camden Williams & Mackenzee Williams
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 2 sisters, Vivian Hemken & Joyce Hamby.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held Sun., June 27, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Rev. Oley Lawson, pastor of Walshville Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time in the funeral home.
