Barbara Marie Jacob, 64, of Litchfield, died Sat., Nov. 26, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. in St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was born on Nov. 29, 1946 in Springfield, IL, a daughter of Elmer Eugene & Mary Agnes (Clarke) McAnarney. She married Vernon Henry “Jake” Jacob on March 1, 2001 in Naples, FL. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Union Avenue Christian Church. In her spare time she enjoyed boat rides, traveling, reading, cooking, music & dancing. She loved spending time with her family & grandchildren. Besides her husband, she is survived by:
1 son, James Fullerton Fulton (fiancée Angela) of Yokota Air Base, Japan
2 daughters, Pam Marie (Jason) Waldeck of Farmersville

Funeral Information

A memorial service will be held Thurs., Dec. 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in Union Avenue Christian Church in Litchfield. Pastor Jay Johnson, Senior Minister and Tracy Siegman, Associate Minister will officiate. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5 until 7 p.m. in Union Avenue Christian Church in Litchfield. Inurnment will be in Elm Lawn Cemetery in Litchfield on Fri., Dec. 2, 2011 at 11 a.m.
